I have a strong belief in the power of exercise to bring health and balance to everyday life. Exercise should make the body and mind feel refreshed and energized, which made Pilates a perfect fit for me. I have an Associates Degree in Pre-Allied Health from BCCC. I became an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer in 2006.

My Pilates training has been through Balanced Body University, where I completed 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor program. My certifications include ACE Group Instructor, Barre Above, TRX, Spin, AFPA Stability Ball training and AFPA Nutritional Counseling. I continue to be a student of the body and mind.

I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge with my clients and helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle.

After a love, hate relationship with long distance running, I was left pretty beat up. A friend of mine told me about Pilates on the Reformer. I immediately fell in love! After many years of taking Pilates classes and feeling stronger, I decided it was time to take the next step and become a Pilates Instructor. I enjoy teaching my clients how to achieve their fitness goals with the Pilates method. I continue to study Pilates with the intention of helping myself and my clients feel healthier and more empowered.

My Pilates training has been through Balanced Body University.

I have completed Movement Principles, Mat 1, 2 &3 Reformer 1,2 &3 and Mixed Apparatus 1, 2 & 3.
